I help people—especially beginners, older adults, and those navigating changes in their bodies—build strength, mobility, and confidence through thoughtful movement.

My work focuses on sustainable training that supports everyday life, creative practice, and long-term well-being.

My training style is supportive, encouraging, and tailored to each individual.

Sessions blend strength training, aerobic activity, and functional movement to build a foundation that supports daily life, independence, and longevity.

Who I Work With

  • Individuals using or transitioning off GLP-1 medications who want to maintain muscle and build strength*

Training is always tailored to your goals, experience, and how your body feels.

*Strength training helps maintain muscle and bone health during GLP-1–related weight loss and maintenance. I work with individuals using medications such as Ozempic, Wegovy, Zepbound, Mounjaro, or compounded GLP-1s, as well as those transitioning off these medications.

Where I Train

I work as a personal trainer and wellness coach with the YMCA of Greater Richmond, training clients at both the Northside Family YMCA and the Downtown YMCA.

In addition to YMCA training sessions, I am also available for private training by request, including:

• in-home training
• small group sessions
• workplace or organizational wellness programs
